12th June marked Day 1 of our 'Mentors in Violence Prevention' training. Pupils of the Vale of Leven Academy have actively engaged in discussions on the impact of gender-based violence and the role of the bystander. Many thanks to our partner Cameron House for hosting our event and supporting our young people.

The new Alexandria Community Market was held on Saturday 4th May 2024, and it was complete with 19 unique stalls

The old lamp posts will not be returning to the fountain after improvement works due to road safety reasons as confirmed by WDC Regeneration
Alexandria CC have been successful in our bid through public vote for our application for £4,500 to install new notice boards in the town centre.
Yesterday evening was Alexandria CC’s first meeting since West Dunbartonshire Council announced its budget for year 2024/25 on Wednesday 6th March 2024.
